Ingredients.
2 cups mass
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 cup gratedcheese
Dash of Tabasco, optional

PREPARATION

Mix the dough with salt and the Tabasco,Form balls 1 1/2 teaspoonsmassput on between two sheets of plasticand press with a pan to form a thin tortilla. Put 1 1/4 teaspoons grated cheese in the center of the tortilla and fold in half.Seal the edges gently with fingertips and fry in oil until golden brown.
